French counter-terrorism body to investigate 14-year-old behind school shooting

France's national counter-terrorism prosecutor's office announced on Tuesday that it was taking over the investigation into an attack by a student who opened fire with a shotgun on his school principal and a teacher, causing them minor injuries.
