The U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce is preparing to host one of the largest Haitian-American business and networking events in the region as the organization gets ready to welcome more than 60 businesses, employers, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and community organizations to the 8th Annual Haitian American Business Expo & Job Fair on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in Hyde Park, Boston.
This yearâs Expo is especially significant as the Chamber celebrates its 10-Year Anniversary, marking a decade of business empowerment, economic development, advocacy, networking, and community impact throughout Massachusetts and across the United States.
According to Chamber leadership, this yearâs event will not only focus on entrepreneurship, jobs, and networking opportunities, but will also officially launch a broader year-long celebration recognizing the organizationâs growth and accomplishments over the past 10 years.

The Expo is free and open to the public, and organizers are encouraging entrepreneurs, professionals, students, job seekers, families, and community members to attend and register early.
Attendees who register for free will also have the opportunity to win exciting giveaways, including:
- A round-trip ticket to Haiti sponsored by Sunrise Airways
- A 55â television
- Additional prizes and giveaways throughout the event
During the event, Dr. Hans Patrick Domercant is expected to recognize members of the Chamberâs board, leadership team, staff, volunteers, and regional directors who helped build and sustain the organization over the past decade.

The Chamber will also highlight its growing national expansion efforts, including the upcoming announcement of new chapters and affiliated chambers in 14 states across the country beginning next week.
Another major highlight of this yearâs Expo will be the official unveiling of the Chamberâs FIFA World Cup 2026 community initiatives throughout Massachusetts.
The Chamber plans to organize several cultural and community-centered activities connected to Haitiâs historic return to the FIFA World Cup stage after more than 50 years. Planned activities include âDiscover Haitiâ at Boston City Hall, community watch parties in multiple cities, cultural celebrations, business engagement opportunities, and initiatives designed to promote positive narratives about Haiti during the World Cup season.

Organizers say the community watch parties will be free and family-oriented, with the first 50 attendees at select locations receiving free food. Transportation assistance for elders and seniors is also expected to be available at some locations to ensure broad community participation.
The Chamber also announced that Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley will be honored during the event as a âChampion and Ally of the Haitian Communityâ for her continued support and advocacy on issues impacting Haitian immigrants and families, including her leadership and advocacy efforts related to Temporary Protected Status (TPS).
The 8th Annual Haitian American Business Expo & Job Fair will take place at Boston Preparatory Charter Public School from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
