The scars of France's 'abnormal' summer

When the heat became unbearable in Paris this summer, Juliette Decq – a climate adaptation consultant and mother of two – resorted to putting thermal survival blankets on her windows. And helped others to do the same. Some are still there and for her it's a powerful reminder of what happened.
