Boston to Host the 8th Annual Haitian American Business Expo and Job Fair on May 16, 2026

BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS — The Haitian entrepreneurial community in the Greater Boston area is preparing for one of the most anticipated economic events of the year. The 8th Annual Haitian American Business Expo & Job Fair will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Boston Prep Charter Public School in Hyde Park, Massachusetts.

Organized by the U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce, the event has become an important platform for entrepreneurs, professionals, employers, and community organizations to connect, discover new opportunities, and showcase their products and services.

The 2026 edition will hold special significance as it marks the 10th Anniversary of the U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce, celebrating a decade of initiatives dedicated to supporting Haitian-owned businesses and empowering minority entrepreneurs across the United States.

Beyond its economic focus, the event will also take place during Haitian Heritage Month and will include a Haitian Flag Day celebration, highlighting the culture, pride, and contributions of the Haitian diaspora.

Organizers also plan to spotlight economic opportunities connected to the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026, positioning the Expo as a strategic pre-event platform for businesses looking to engage in activities and partnerships related to the global tournament.

According to Dr. Hans Patrick Domercant, President and CEO of the U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce, the event aims to strengthen economic ties within the community while opening doors for new collaborations and growth.

“This event is more than just a business expo. It is an opportunity to bring our community together, promote entrepreneurship, and create new pathways for businesses and professionals,” he said.

Participants can expect a variety of activities, including:

Business and vendor exhibitions

Career and employment opportunities

Networking with entrepreneurs and professionals

Small business resources and support services

Cultural celebration in honor of Haitian Flag Day

Information and initiatives related to FIFA World Cup 2026 opportunities

Businesses, organizations, and employers interested in participating are encouraged to reserve exhibitor tables or explore sponsorship opportunities to gain visibility and connect with a diverse and engaged audience.

The event is open to the public and aims to foster collaboration, innovation, and economic growth within the Haitian community and beyond.
