Dr. Hans Patrick Domercant Launches EsperoLink to Help Families Navigate End-of-Life Planning

BOSTON, Mass. — Haitian-American entrepreneur and technology executive Dr. Hans Patrick Domercant has announced the launch of EsperoLink, a new family care platform designed to help families navigate the many decisions that follow the loss of a loved one.

The online platform brings together trusted service providers and family care resources in one place, allowing families to request quotes, compare providers, schedule appointments, communicate directly with service providers, and receive guidance from a dedicated Family Care Coordinator throughout the planning process.

The launch carries special significance for Dr. Domercant following the recent passing of his father.

“The loss of a loved one brings more than grief—it brings countless decisions at one of life’s most difficult moments. Families shouldn’t have to navigate that journey alone.”

— Dr. Hans Patrick Domercant

He added that the experience strengthened his belief that technology should be used to solve meaningful, real-world challenges that improve people’s lives.

According to Dr. Domercant, EsperoLink has been under development for several months and has launched with more than 100 provider profiles representing funeral homes, cemeteries, cremation providers, florists, transportation providers, clergy, grief support professionals, and other related service providers.

The company is continuing to invite providers across the United States to claim their profiles and expand the platform’s growing nationwide network.

Families can create a complimentary account to search for providers, request quotes and estimates, schedule appointments, and manage important planning activities through a single online platform.

Service providers can also join EsperoLink to manage their profiles, respond to family inquiries, receive quote requests, and connect with prospective clients.

Dr. Domercant currently serves as President & CEO of the U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce, where he leads national initiatives supporting entrepreneurship, business development, and economic empowerment within the Haitian-American community.

He is also the Founder & CEO of Quadrillion Tech Solutions, a Massachusetts-based software company specializing in custom software development, artificial intelligence, business automation, and digital transformation solutions.

He said EsperoLink represents another opportunity to apply technology to solve everyday challenges faced by individuals and families.

While the platform currently focuses on connecting families with trusted service providers following the loss of a loved one, Dr. Domercant said the long-term vision is broader.

Future enhancements are expected to introduce additional tools that help individuals and families prepare, protect, and preserve important information before, during, and after life’s major transitions.
